RUSINS f/n Leons is found to be the suspect for the murder with particular cruelty. On 16.04.2023. in Latvia, Jekabpils region RUSINS blocked the road in front of the car driven by his ex-wife, son and ex-wife's mother. RUSINS smashed the door window of the car and in presence of his minor son and ex-wife's mother inflicted several opened-chop, stab-wounds dangerous to life in the area of face and neck, which directly resulted in death of his ex-wife. Maximum penalty possible - 20 years imprisonment.
