During the summer of 2019, Segundo COUSIDO was responsible for coordinating a Children's summer camp. Using the authority inherent in his position as coordinator, he established a system of nightly rounds to the children's rooms under the pretense of checking that everything was in order. During these rounds, and taking advantage of the solitude and darkness of the night, he sexually assaulted different children.
